Our materials are the best we can find, always high quality, and our designs are proven performers. For security purposes, your credit card number expires in our system after 21 days. Only unused (not worn, not laundered, with tags) clothing with tags will be refunded. To qualify for refund, returns must be in the same condition as when sold and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. This includes tags, packaging, and accessories to the product itself. All garments must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. Aero Tech Designs will not refund any garments that have animal hair, been worn, dirtied, or washed. The return form you send to us will not be returned to you. Shipping is not refundable. Restocking Fee - Large orders that are returned for refund are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please allow 7 business days after receipt. Exchanges:Not a problem...just return within three weeks of ship date. Send the your return (not worn, not laundered, with tags) product with an explanation on the Return Form (PDF) with your desire for exchange or refund. If your item is defective we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Please send your defective item to us within three weeks of ship date along with an explanation on the Return Form (PDF) and we will make sure you receive a replacement. Shipping:Shipping is non-refundable even if we miss your emergency, we will not refund shipping charges for items we ship and receive returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Instructions:To return a product for a refund or an exchange, send the completed Return Form (PDF) with explanations. If you have access to a copier, you could include a copy of your packing list. For your protection, we recommend that you use a reliable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Please allow at least one week’s processing time from when your return is delivered to our offices to process your return or exchange.
