The All Day Bib Short was created for riders who want protection and comfort for a long day in the saddle. The elements that make up this bib make it great for your next tour, endurance event, or bike-packing adventure. After years of learning and tweaking, we created this bib to develop the perfect bib short to move with you for the entire day. All the All Day Bib fabrics were put through rigorous testing to ensure that they will last for years of riding. The All Day Chamois was designed to our specifications for a long-distance chamois pad. The top fabric is a soft one-piece micro-fiber fleece polyester intended to prevent hot spots and eliminate chafe points for a whole day in the saddle. This chamois boasts 10mm of padding in the sit bone region, which we determined to be the optimum amount for endurance riding. The straps on the All Day Bibs are made from a Micro Tech Mesh fabric that is very light, soft, and comfortable. We use binding on the edges to create a smooth edge and prevent strap roll. The Micro Tech Mesh wraps around the front of the bib, where it connects to the short. This creates a comfortable and soft abdomen control area.

The All-Day Chamois pad is four layers and three densities of foam. It is a top-performance pad with a focus on road cycling. This chamois pad is perfect for century rides and provides 6+ hours of comfort. The thickest areas have a dual-density foam that puts two different material densities in crucial areas. A high-impact foam layer absorbs vibrations and shocks on the saddle, and comfort is optimized thanks to the medium impact foam, the top layer in contact with the body. The elasticity of components enhances the pad's ergo fitting qualities, while perforated foams improve breathability. In addition, the elastic carbon surface fabric enhances airflow thanks to its funnel-like structure, leaving cyclists cool, fresh and friction-free. Its carbon yarns are bacterio-static. In other words, they dissipate static electricity and have a permanent antibacterial effect that eliminates the risks of abrasions and saddle sores. Elastic backing provides support without restricting the pad's all-way stretch and breathability. The All-Day Chamois is a long-distance cycling pad, with a 10 mm thickness at the ischial bone area with a density of 40 to 80 kg depending on the saddle area. The fabric on the face of this chamois is a highly technical blend of microfibers that prevent the growth of bacteria through a fine antibacterial stripe. This chamois pad is highly engineered and imported from Italy. The chamois pad is multiple layers, with the top layer being a blue color microfiber fleece with an antibacterial finish. The chamois pad is cut with a laser to a highly engineered shape for men's comfort on a bicycle saddle. The density needed is left behind on the foam once it is laser cut to various thicknesses and cutouts.
