1‑Year Manufacturer Guarantee

Our Manufacturer Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. Defects include sewing errors, fallen seams, or broken zippers. Items covered are eligible for exchange or repair at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team for approval and instructions.

Easy 60‑Day Returns

We want to make returns and exchanges simple. With Checkout+, your return shipping is already covered, no hassle needed.

If you have Checkout+ coverage:

1. Log into our self-serve Returns Portal to start your return or exchange
2. Print your prepaid return label directly from the portal
3. Pack and ship your item at no cost to you
4. Allow 1–2 weeks for processing after we receive the return
5. Refunds are issued promptly; exchanges ship free of charge back to you

If you don't have Checkout+ coverage:

1. Log into our self-serve Returns Portal to start your return or exchange
2. At the end of the portal, a return shipping label will be sourced for you, which you are responsible for purchasing
3. Send the item back to us for processing
4. Allow 1–2 weeks for processing after we receive the return
5. Refunds are issued promptly; exchanges ship free of charge back to you

Orders typically ship the next business day from Pittsburgh, PA. Domestic orders over $99 ship free via USPS Standard.

International Customers: Import duties or taxes are determined by your country and are your responsibility.

Product Care

Our apparel is made from performance fabrics. Follow these guidelines to extend product life:

• Close zippers and Velcro before washing.
• Wash cold with mild detergent; hang dry.
• Avoid Velcro contact with jerseys/shorts to prevent pilling.
• Avoid chlorine unless noted otherwise in product description.
