Know What to Wear
(Our apparel recommendations are based on planning a summer trip)
Recommended cyclewear for spring/summer rides on the Katy Trail. It is always important to stay comfortable on your bike. To prevent chafing use padded cycling shorts or bib shorts. Cycling jerseys made from technical fibers are essential and will keep perspiration and weather's moisture away from your skin to the outer layer of the fabric. Plan your ride days according to your fitness levels and remember to always have fun!
