Aero Tech Designs is very proud to introduce the Sprint Short. These shorts are designed for the cyclist that requires nothing more than a fantastic pair of shorts with a minimal chamois that will last a lifetime. Aero Tech Designs has been selling the Six Panel Short for years and it has dedicated followers that won't ride in anything else so we decided to base our new Sprint short off of the same design. We love it! The outer panels are a super soft spandex that is great for printing and feel amazing against the skin. This spandex offers compression to support the muscles during activity and helps to regulate the body's temperature by wicking away moisture. A soft 3/4" elastic waist band will not roll on you while in the cycling position and feels natural against the skin. Experience Freedom of Movement - This short has a stretchy material that moves with you like a second skin. The Sprint Bicycle Shorts feel fabulous when cycling. The Sprint Short is an anatomically designed short for the cycling position and fits perfectly while seated on a bicycle saddle. Its design facilitates complete and unrestricted freedom of movement.
* 7mm in saddle area, 5mm on sides not so thick pad for anti chafe and freedom of movement.
* 4 way stretch fabric is ideal for maximizing blood flow as the body works.
* The inner legs are seam free and thus reduce the opportunity for abrasion and sores.
* Leg grippers keep shorts in place during rides.
* Waist elastic is soft for ease of movement and comfort.
Chamois Pad Information: Top Shelf
What makes this pad special in our Custom Sprint Cycling Shorts? It is the fantastic fit that comes from an engineered pattern that fits the curves between the legs and around the pelvic area. The side wings on this pad offer comforting fit around your legs and torso. Smooth Edge Pad that wraps the curves of your body. The Chamois Pad is breathable, lightweight and stays dry. Hygienic microfiber inhibits the growth of bacteria.
The Multi-Layer Pad (MLP) is designed with smooth edges that wrap the body curves between the legs and around the torso. The Chamois padding's surface in the Custom Sprint Cycling Short is a smooth, antibacterial, hygienic microfiber, that is laminated to foam and tricot for a three-part, high performance anti-chafe pad. It is extremely breathable, lightweight and stays dry to inhibit the growth of bacteria that can lead to saddle sores for long distance cyclists.
Product Care
Our clothing is made from synthetic performance fabrics and improper care can shorten the life of a product. Creams and liquids such as sun block can deteriorate the fibers faster, so we recommend minimal contact with these and your clothing.
Washing:
Before washing, close all zippers and close all fasteners. It's best to wash your performance cyclewear with cold water and a mild detergent. It is best to avoid the dryer and hang to dry. You will notice the clothing feels rather dry out of the wash. That is because these fabrics are engineered to remove moisture. (That's why you're buying performance cyclewear!) DO NOT wash your shorts and jerseys in the same load with things containing hook and loop closures such as gloves or bags.
