The BKP chamois pad is very comfortable and shock absorbing! It is made of long lasting anti-shock foam for padding and comfort. This shock absorbing cellular urethane foam is engineered to absorb shock for the life of the short. It is ventilated and breathable in that it lets water vapor and perspiration move away from the crotch area. This pad resists abrasion, is smooth and seamless. The BKP Pad will not change its properties with usage and will not harden or soften with use. The foam cells are "open cell structure" which allow water transportation while maintaining its ability to absorb shock without bottoming out.
The BKP Crotch pad is made of a dense, long lasting foam for anti-shock and comfort. This shock absorbing cellular urethane is designed to absorb shock for the life of the short. It is breathable in that it lets water vapor and perspiration move away from the body. This pad resists abrasion, is smooth and wrinkle free. The BKP pad will not change its properties with usage and will not harden or soften with use. The pad's cells are "open cell structure" which allow water transportation while maintaining its ability to absorb shock without bottoming out. Thickness is: 8 mm total thickness on sit bones, The sides are two Dimensional with an area that is 8 mm and a lighter, thin area that is just a light 3 mm on the sides or anti chafe wings.
