1‑Year Manufacturer Guarantee

Our Manufacturer Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. Defects include sewing errors, fallen seams, or broken zippers. Items covered are eligible for exchange or repair at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team for approval and instructions.

Easy 60‑Day Returns

We want to make returns and exchanges simple. No need to contact us first — just follow the steps below:

1. Flip over your packing slip for the return/exchange form or print it here.
2. Fill out the form indicating whether you want a return or exchange.
3. Send the item back using a carrier with tracking (customer pays return shipping).
4. Allow 1–2 weeks for processing after we receive the return.
5. Refunds are issued promptly; exchanges ship free of charge back to you.

At this time, Aero Tech Designs does not have a dealer program.

Orders typically ship the next business day from Pittsburgh, PA. Domestic orders over $99 ship free via USPS Standard.

International Customers: Import duties or taxes are determined by your country and are your responsibility.

Product Care

Our apparel is made from performance fabrics. Follow these guidelines to extend product life:

• Close zippers and Velcro before washing.
• Wash cold with mild detergent; hang dry.
• Avoid Velcro contact with jerseys/shorts to prevent pilling.
• Avoid chlorine unless noted otherwise in product description.
