Return Policy Overview

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, our returns and exchanges are simple and fast.

60‑Day Return Window

• Unused apparel may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• Worn or washed apparel is not eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Complete the Merchandise Return Form. It’s on the back of your packing slip or you can download it here.
2. Package your items. Include the completed form and, if available, a copy of your packing slip. For multiple orders, include a copy for each.
3. Ship to our Returns Address:

   UPS & FedEx deliver daily. USPS customers may request delivery confirmation. Please do not require a signature to avoid delays.

Notes & Exceptions

• Return & exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift cards / gift certificates are non‑refundable.
• Returned orders over $500 USD are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges paid to USPS/UPS/FedEx are non‑refundable.
• Amazon customers: We can offer refunds only; for exchanges, place a new order and we can assist.

1-Year Manufacturer Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Aero Tech Designs product. If your apparel shows a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we’ll make it right. Our guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind so you can focus on riding, not worrying about your gear.

• Covers stitching, zippers, fabrics, and other manufacturing defects.
• Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
